About Us title

Besides providing nutrients vital to the human body, food raw materials from plants like
fruits, vegetables, tubers, and herbs contain many bioactive components which are beneficial
for health in many aspects. Most of these components are not stable, and are destroyed or
reduced significantly if preservation methods, processing parameters, and storage conditions
of
​​processed​​products​​are​​not​​optimal.


NongLamFood only selects materials with prominent health-beneficial properties for
processing. The processing procedures are researched and developed at Faculty of Food
Science and Technology, Nong Lam University – Ho Chi Minh City. The processing is
carefully controlled to ‘preserve the value that Nature’ endowed in the raw materials of each
product. All the steps in the chain including research, processing, and distribution are carried
out with specialization knowledge, passion, dedication, and love to make valuable products
for
​​consumer​​health​​and​​to​​serve​​the​​community.


NongLamFood is a startup group originating from Nong Lam University established in 2015.
It is currently a member of Incubation Center for Technology Business Incubation of the
university. NongLamFood is not only a brand, but also a commitment, passion and devotion
of food scientists who had been trained for many years in developed countries and of their
students
​​working​​alongside​​them.
NongLamFood is technically supported and supervised by FTIE (Food Technology &
Innovation Experts), a consultancy group consisting food experts who are university
professors, and PhD and MS holders, trained at world-renowned Universities
